As a responsible company we at Midas Digital are keen to play our part in maintaining the environment and ensuring that wherever possible we are using materials from renewable and eco-friendly sources.
Unless specifically requested otherwise by a customer, all paper and boards used by Midas Digital come from paper mills with FSC accreditation or equivalent, using pulp sourced from managed forests.
We also stock a wide variety of recycled paper whose use we can advise and recommend.
Inks and cleaning fluids in conventional litho presses contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which leak out into the atmosphere and have been linked to the breakdown of the ozone layer and global warming. Midas Digital's Heidelberg DI is the environmentally-friendly alternative. This waterless press eliminates most of those harmful chemicals and reduces VOC emissions by up to 90%.
All of our electricity comes from 100% renewable resources (Hydro).
